The Dining Room
After the initial Ida demo, we discovered a water leak from a broken pipe in the second floor guest bath. We noticed paint bubbling in our dining room. This lead to the demo of yet another wall and the surrounding of the bay window. The framing around the window was originally low coming down to meet the top of the casement. We took this out and raised the height to where the original header was.

The six engravings on either side of the door depict various important locations from the life of Scottish poet Robbie Burns.
The miniature painting on the table is a view of Sacre-Couer by Maurin Serpolette, active in Paris in the second half of the 20th century.
The Colors
The wallpaper is Sandringham by British company Fine Decor. The ceiling paint is Prussian Blue by Benjamin Moore.
